Thrives with consistent bright, indirect light -while it can tolerate some direct sunlight, protect it from the intense afternoon sun to prevent leaf burn.
Allow the soil to dry out about 80 percent before watering- to water, thoroughly saturate the soil and ensure that any excess water drains away. During winter, reduce the watering frequency as the plant enters a semi-dormant phase.
Pruning is unnecessary for plant health; however, with its rigid structure, you will inevitably develop leggy or broken stems. In this situation, you can trim to promote a more compact and bushy appearance. If these stems are not brittle, you can use them to grow new plants!
This plant can be propagated through stem cuttings. Allow the cuttings to callus for a few days before planting them in well-draining succulent soil. Keep the soil slightly moist until roots develop.
